Yes, our team are able to travel anywhere in Manitoba. Travel fees are applied for properties that are 30 minutes away from the Perimeter of Winnipeg.
Yes, all of our photos are tastefully edited, retouched and color graded in Adobe Lightroom CC. This adds a touch of "Pop" into all of our photo deliverables.
Branded Video is a video file that has the Listing Agent's Intro Animation, Logo and Contact Info.
Unbranded Video is a video file that does have the Listing Agent's Intro Animation, Logo and Contact Info.
All of our Packages includes a Branded and Unbranded Video.
We do require 48 to 72 Hour Notice for Real Estate Bookings. Longer notice is preferred though, we have booked Real Estate Listings the-day-of or notices under 24 hours if our schedule permits.
Yes, we can certainly provide the edited photos and videos within the same day or a few hours after the shoot. This however is subject to availability and time-constraints. A Rush-Fee will be charged for listings needing urgent turnaround time.
