EE Media provides wedding and event videography, photography, and content-creation services, along with related digital marketing services. Specific deliverables, pricing, and timelines are set out in the package or written agreement for your booking.
2. Inquiries and quotes
Submitting a form or inquiry (including through our ads) does not create a booking or contract. A booking is confirmed only through a signed agreement and any required deposit. Prices, packages, offers, and availability may change and are confirmed at the time of booking.
3. Promotions and offers
Advertised offers (for example, a free or discounted content-creation add-on for booking within a set period) are subject to availability and any conditions we state, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
4. Intellectual property
All content on our website and in our marketing — including videos, photos, text, and logos — is owned by EE Media or used with permission, and may not be reused without our written consent. Where couples have agreed, we may use footage and photos from their event in our marketing and advertising.
5. No guarantees
We aim to deliver high-quality work, but we do not guarantee specific results from any marketing, and creative outcomes are subject to the conditions on the day of the event.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, EE Media is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
